Everything was horrible never seen a metal bunkbed n a hotel room no hot water to shower with thought the ac unit would fall out the wall. Beds were horri le didnt even sleep.

The room was ok, big bed and tv. There was a mini fridge but it didn’t get anything cold. The ac unit sounded like it was dying. The bathroom was really small and the door didn’t close, got stuck on the floor and wouldn’t move after so far. And the water pressure in the shower was awful, felt like you were pouring a cup of water on your head constantly. Otherwise the room was ok. One day we left to go explore. And there was a guy walking around rooms getting trash, pretty sure he went into ours, didn’t get any trash, left a light on that we turned off and the room smelled like weed for a while. Which was really unsettling. Overall would not come here again, did save us some money but not worth it.

We arrived late but i messaged them and let them know but once we got there, there was a phone number on the door the guy acted as if he could care less when we called i guess he sleeps in one if the rooms he was extremely rude he had no interest of helping us but then once we got into the room the bed was covered in hair(human hair) looks like someone just remade a dirty bed

This property is absolutely disgusting. The furniture and walls were covered in mold. Sheets were stained and dirty let’s not mention there was bed bugs. The smell in the room was awful my daughters had an asthma attack after being in there for a few minutes. Staff was rude and not helpful at all there was several people trying to get refunds and leave and the staff said sorry nothing I can do. This place should not be opened let’s not mention the pool was slime I asked if it was opened he said yes they truly don’t care at all about this place or the people staying there it’s also being used as apartments cause the people next to our room lived there they even said don’t stay here it’s awful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want to take home extra guests! There were roaches everywhere so we checked out and went to a difderent place! And don't expect a refund because they just take your money stating a "no refund policy for any reason" BS excuse! If Expedia was smart they would stop booking people at this place!

It was clean and near shopping and restaurants, but was a little noisy due to the traffic, and was a bit overpriced for being outdated. Other than that, I'd probably stay there again.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures when we got there to check in. The manager told me that they ran my card at 8 o’clock and since it denied my card, they canceled my reservation so they didn’t even want to give me a room. So we pretty much had to bake him to give us a room for three nights we got into the room. The outlet by the bed did not work. The bedside lamp did not work. The coffee pot looks like it has been sitting there for a couple months without being used or cleaned, the pool is super small. There was algae or something built up on all the sides of the walls. Ashford clean towels since I was told the housekeeping will not go in the room once we check in they told me there was no clean towels at all on the property. If I did not have two young kids with me I would’ve went somewhere else for my trip. Do not go here. Very disappointed. The best part of this hotel is Krispy Kreme is right next-door because they do not offer breakfast even though on the hotels website it says they offer breakfast. Do not waste your money somewhere else.
