When we arrived to room was very cold. The heat was turned off and it took several hours to bring the temperature up in the room. The elevator broke while we were on it. We had to stay in the elevator until the alarm stop and the door opened with my assistance. I reported the elevator to the front desk and their response was it happens on cold winter days. We were required to take 5 flights of steps to get up and down to our room. I am 75 years old with a severe heart condition. I complained to the front desk. We check out and left on Thursdays morningm rather than Friday morning. Losing a day pre paid stay . The front deck said they could not refund our pre pay since we booked trough an travel agency. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for one night. Got in late at night and felt safe as it was just my daughter and me. Staff very friendly. My 7 year old was a big fan of the pancakes at breakfast!

Room was clean and had all the little amenities. Bath tub wouldn’t drain right and the switch to clog the drain wouldn’t work so taking a bath wasn’t an option. The shower head had a little too much pressure and spurted everywhere causing water to soak the curtain and the floor.

Willow Brook was perfect for what we needed for this trip. You can catch the tram to the Island by a short walk. Using Teaster you can avoid alot of traffic. The breakfast is good and plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily!

The indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic, my daughter could not get enough. Just was a little cold walking back to room from pool. The tile floors could be cleaned better. I went barefoot and my foot was a little dirty after walking to bed and bathroom. Nice staff very accommodating. Great location, very pretty hotel. Would go back.

We have stayed here many times now, and it’s always impeccable! Clean, quiet, family-friendly, and the staff is so kind and welcoming! The pools are always clean and beautiful, and so is the hot tub!
