It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. "Maison en parfait état et bien aménagée. Bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Nous avons surtout apprécié les grottes riches en traces de la présence humaine. Le petit musée historique de la vieille ville et son ambiance tranquille par rapport à la plage trop mercantile. Belles promenades à partir de San Bernardino. "Stayed there with my friends during a climbing-trip. Easy check-in, parking lots and a good kitchen for cooking our own food. Short distance to many of the climbing crags but also really close to mtb-trails. And the view is amazing. "

"This is a modernized hilltop villa set among vines and hazelnut trees. The vista is spectacular. There are two very comfortable bedrooms. The third bedroom has a sofa bed which we did not use. Many closets and drawers. Two very nice bathrooms. Large kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking. We are not so used to the little Mika coffee maker, and wish there was an electric one. "Tout à fait conforme à nos attente. Maison ideale pour une grande famille sur 3 generations! Vue imprenable, piscine et amenagements tres adaptes. Nous recommandons fortement. "

"This is a very cool house but the photos and the reality are not one and the same. I was shocked at how rustic the kitchen was. The only pic of the kitchen is the fabulous gas range, but there is a reason they don't show you the rest. It is tiny, with not much storage or countertop space. the marble sink is old and very small. It was a struggle cooking in there. "Entrance to the property is through an impressive gate into a walled garden, with multiple seating areas, the pool and an amazing view of the hills around Toirano. The house is part of a large building that was at one time an olive oil mill, and has retained some of the original features including the oil millstone and some of the workings. "My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. It is way up the hill, so be prepared to drive to the beach. Would be even better with 2 couples where you could enjoy some meals together on the patio, overlooking the sea. The views of the sea from the house and patio are really incredible. Very tastefully and artistically decorated. Enjoyed dinner at La Ruggia and visiting Finalborgo. Highly recommend!"
