For shared use: property 6 ha, beautiful terraced garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra), table tennis (all included), table football, washing machine (for shared use, extra). 200 m long narrow motor access to the house.
