"Absolutely adored this house, location and host. Alessandro is a very responsive and helpful host. We had a couple of severe storms and he checked in to make sure I was fine (there was a period where I was by myself). The rooms are large, air conditioned and comfortable. The pool is very relaxing, especially after a hot day. I hope to come back some day!! Highly recommend"

"Nice house suitable for a family of 3-4. Two bed rooms, one with a double bed. Living room and well equipped kitchen. Very cozy property a kilometer or so from the town center. The host family lives in another house on the same property, and are very nice and hospitable, while not being intruding in any way. "Enrico and Simona have a special place in an incredible area. The views are amazing and all of the little towns are historic and have great little restaurants. The Villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts are kind and full of helpful info on the area. Make sure to take a guided tour of the Benedictine Monastery nearby. "The spacious accommodation on the first floor offered captivating views over the Tuscan countryside to San Gimignano on the horizon.The garden with its spacious swimming pool and outdoor eating area was greatly enjoyed by everyone. "This is a stunning property with a stunning view that photos simply cannot do justice to. My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . "The views were beyond compare! Proximity to Castellina in Chianti was wonderful and the management team were responsive to a few issues. My main comment would be, especially considering the rental cost, that the furniture and kitchen supplies (dishes etc) needs upgrading and the quality of the beds/linens should be improved.
