"Ok, you have to visit this place!!! Its a renovated 1921 winery manor house on a hill in the country! Our warm and welcoming host, Antonio used a translation app to speak ti us. Because the property is in the middle of nowhere i asked about dunner, he then asked about our dietary requirements etc. when we arrived he said dinner would be st 8. Fair enough, when we came down at 8 he had an un-corked breathing bottle of his red wine , and a HUGE spread of Anti-pasto. Crusty fresh bread, 5 or so hot dishes, a fennel salad, local cheeses, prosciutto etc. It was fabulous. After stuffing ourselves for over an hour, he asked about our Second. We politely declined. The room was comfortable with a balcony over looking the countryside. In the morning when we walked out on the balcony we were met be the sounds of farm animals and a spectacular view.
