"We enjoyed our stay at Mr & Mrs Rousseau’s property, the view was spectacular and property was clean and tidy and the cat was very cute. We also enjoyed the use of the shared pool to cool off. Would definitely recommend."

"La maison est très bien pour un groupe de 6, proche de la plage qui est accessible à pied. Grande table, équipement et rangement ok, terrasse, et emplacement très bien pour le port et la plage. Quelques remarques : malheureusement le concierge était en mode avion le jour de notre arrivée, le propriétaire a du faire venir des serruriers. La porte de la douche est cassée et le ménage était moyen (logique car le concierge n'était pas passé). Bref arrivée mouvementée mais le propriétaire a fait le...

"It must has been a beautiful home 50 years ago but today it is a run down large house with slim mattress, large holes in the curtains, board panel on the bedroom windows which made it impossible to open and the house had so many mosquitoes! I did not stay there. It is well located one block from the sea but in dire needs of a renovation."

"Très bel extérieur avec piscine privée et transats, cuisine d'été avec plancha. Au calme absolu. Petite maison où il ne manque absolument rien. Proximité de la plage. Pas de problème pour se garer. Très propre et bien décoré. Grands lits confortables. Propriétaire dispo et sympa."

"The Mazet is small but great for a family with small children. The terrace, bbq and outside eating area were lovely and it was very private. My children loved having access to the large pool. We could also easily walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Le Lavandou is a wonderful place to stay with a great long beach and lots of restaurants. The supermarket is close by too."

"The house had lots of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with utensils. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked well and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved to cool down in the pool. There were two nights with loud music in the neighborhood at night because of parties or music performances during our one week stay, but that maybe something that only happens in high season. "Une semaine en famille et avec amis qui s’est globalement très bien passée. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. À noter malheureusement l’absence de pression d’eau dans les deux salles de bain de la dépendance, ce qui a obligé les 4 occupants à se rapatrier dans les 2 salles de bain de la résidence principale. Il faut signaler également une décoration très minimaliste en raison du retrait de quasiment tous les éléments de décoration ce qui nous a permis d’apprécier le nombre de trous et vis "

"An amazing property in a beautiful area. The house is stunning with really high quality furniture and was spotlessly clean. The outside kitchen, seating and tables are fantastic too. A large pool was a welcome relief from the heat, as was the aircon. Communication was excellent and really quick with Fabien. We had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property and were sorry to leave!"
