"We speak English and no French. However the communication was great using google translate and the manager of the apartment communicated great! They met us on side and showed us around. The third bedroom is a foldout couch in the main room/living room but nice mattress. Has a second toilet but only one main bathroom. Nice elevator at the place and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Train station is about 10 minute walk from the place."

"Perfectly furnished and commodities prepared, so you can immediately start living from day one. Very quiet and clean. Good access to the center of Paris by metro. A big supermarket, some restaurants and bars nearby. Superkind owner. "

"My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautifully laid out, in a safe feeling community, and is extremely easy to reach by public transport. Pros: - Beautiful space - Lovely area - Just 20 mins from centre of Paris - Affordable and value for money - Helpful and prompt communications - Comfortable and warm Cons: - There was a strong moss-like smell from the shower, although this faded over the few days we were there - Basic necessities like soap in the bathroom...

"The apartment was nice, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. Outside of the window is a parking lot though, and sometimes noises would wake me up. The lockbox for the key was hard to find the first time and the internet never worked for me."

"Le studio, de plain pied qui est en fait une petite maison rénovée au sud est du 13éme arrondissement est très bien équipé.(plein de petites choses dans la cuisine pour agrémenter les repas) Ce quartier en plein devenir à quelques pas de la bibliothèque F.Mitterand, non loin du boulevard des maréchaux et à un jet de pierre du chinawton parisien est sûr, paisible et bien desservi (tram ligne 14 RER C)"

"Monolocale davvero sporco e poco luminoso. In bagno non c'era la carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto comprarla. Le coperte erano macchiate. Nei ripiani della cucina c'erano delle confezioni di pasta aperte. Nel freezer c'era un ripiano rotto. Essendo al piano terra c'era poca privacy, alcune persone passavano davanti alla finestra. L'alloggio è in una zona ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici ma comunque si trova al limite della città."

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...
