"I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me.
