"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"We arrived at half 11 at night to be greeted by the owner. Lovely person. Hotel our room was clean tidy every day. Fresh towels. Bad point about hotel.. 1. Room needs a little updating. Bedding was in a tired state. Curtains was not v good. And the top of the curtains was hanging off. 2. Snack options. 3. More drink option in the reception fridge. Would I stay here again....? Yes. As it's a minute walk from the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around. Quiet. "

"We booked here as a base for a bonus holiday day to see Milan before travelling home. 10 min walk to airport & the Metro to Milan. Much nicer than we expected. Large comfy room, easy checkin, friendly staff & nice restaurant."
