Ein wenig hellhörig, wenn die Mieter über einen, mit den Stühlen und sonstiges herumschieben. Was weniger optimal war, dem Anschein nach aber an FeWo Direkt lag ist, dass bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte eine um 10,- Euro höhere Servicegebühr berechnet wurde, was vorher nicht ersichtlich war.
