There were roaches in the bathroom and all over the ice bucket when we woke up in the morning I could not wait to check out. I have sent notification to the property manager and let them know the room the issue was in.
Pros- Reasonably priced. Efficient check-in and out. Clean rooms.
Cons- The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and the noise level of the hotel is loud with very thin walls.
Our stay at the Comfort Suites was excellent. Karen the manager was so very helpful in extending our room a few days due to family medical issues. Kim was also very helpful at the front desk. Room was very clean and breakfast each am was a treat!!! Thank you all for such an amazing stay!!!! Rog and Ms CJ
We were there for a baseball tournament. Check in was super easy and the manager was very nice. The breakfast was good and room was clean and spacious.
The young woman who checked me in, saw that I needed help and carried my luggage to my room. She was so nice. Everything has been nice and comfortable.
Stayed here for a weekend while visiting some family in the area. We booked the large suite with two queen beds and a pull out. The room was very large and decent however there were blood stains on one comforter which really bothered me. The bathroom was pretty clean and it had a jack and Jill sink which I usually never see so that was super convenient for our party of 5 that was staying in the room. Every front desk staff member was extremely courteous and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We spent time in the pool which we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves and was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet options were pretty great compared to most. And if hotel breakfast isn’t your thing there was a Cracker Barrel right next door and a Waffle House across the street. Ample parking, no bugs or mice were seen. Overall definitely worth the stay and will be back.
