Only 4 place settings of flatware, even though the cabin has sleeping for 8. However, watching the eclipse from the parking lot was spectacular! "We arrive to a good-looking cabin in a beautiful location. The check-in instructions were clear and delivered rapidly. It was easy to get inside. We did enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. Unfortunately, the problems started soon after. We discovered old, rotting bacon in the microwave. We tried to use the satellite TV service. It did not work, saying all channels were unavailable. We then decided to try the jetted tub. Started putting water in and realized it was not...

"The property was all good. We stayed to float on current river. It rained so much we couldn't float. Kind of a bust weekend for that reason. The cabin was fine."

"Property location is excellent! The down side is there are 28 steps to access the cabin. We had a couple of young children that made the steps a little challenging and worrisome.for safety issues. There was no propane but we bought some in order to grill. Grill works but is hard to control heat settings. Other than that, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Would stay there again."

"The cabin stay was wonderful, it was a very quiet area with easy access to marina one way and a short drive to town the other. The cabin was appropriately displayed on pictures, and the process with owners for in and out check in/out process was very easy. We would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a weekend away and you’re in Piedmont. We will be staying again. "
