"The people who ran the place had extreme patience with me and I was extremely late to check in. "

"It is a wonderful place, in the middle of a garden with olive trees, apple trees and chestnut trees. From our room we could see both the coast and the sea of Riposto and Giarre and from the other side the volcano. Breakfast was very tasty with locale goods, some directly made on spot. Se had the chance to have a dinner and I regret I was not able to try all the dishes of the menu. Staff is very helpful and discrete. An amazing stay! "

"This property is located on a mountain summit adjacent to Mt. Etna. The views are stunning, the installations are excellent and the hosts are charming and very helpful. Our stay at this B&B was one of the highlights of our trip in Sicily."

"Great staff and facilities the room was spacious and modern, the grounds are meticulously maintained the breakfast choices were broad whether it was a hot or cold breakfast and very thing in between and you could either eat outside next to the pool or inside. In conclusion I would rate it as probably the best place that we have stayed in to date."

"Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"

"Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"Nicola, Andreas and the team were fantastic in their customer service offering a lot of personalised touches. The owner Claudio(?) also went above and beyond in helping me to get around. The place has great facilities, very picturesque, with swimming pool and lemon trees all over. The communication was almost instantaneous on email, WhatsApp and calls and they had thought of all the small things giving you well stocked amenities and a welcome platter of fruit. "A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. "We only booked this hotel for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It is in a gorgeous vineyard and is a great place for families and couples- there is a beautiful pool but what stands out besides a great Room with luscious sheets and views looking at amy Etna is the hospitality of the staff. We had a delicious dinner which was outstanding."

"We were traveling through Sicily and decided to stay at the Valle Galfina for only one night while exploring the Mt Etna area. It was tricky to locate the property due to limited signage but things began well with a welcome and glass of wine. "A real agriturismo, with 1000 olive trees and 2000 orange trees. It's a well kept place, well maintained garden, a big swimming pool. Host speaks very good English. "Villa Voces is an authentic Sicilian villa. You have a wonderful view of Mount Etna, we were lucky enough to see a slight eruption, it was spectacular! The kitchen is fully equipped. It was immaculately clean as was the bedding & towels. The pool area was great for sitting & drink coffee & wine… lots of it from Lidl which is only down the road! The villa is on an exceptionally busy road & you can not walk anywhere so you definitely need a car. The air con is also very loud but kind of lulls you...

"We enjoyed the stay. The property is on a quiet and private road. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi area outside. The kitchen, barbecue and living room area are great for making and enjoying meals. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The description of the property should say that one of the bathrooms is separate from the house with an outdoor shower by the pool."

"I loved this property. It was in a very beautiful location. It's not a very convenient location for walking, you need to take the taxi to get the station station and bus stop was not easy to find. The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy and airport to see what they can do with speeding up process. The breakfast was delicious. Btw this was there last week before they close for the season November 8-15. "

Unforgettable Honeymoon

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."
