It was romantic, scenically amazing with such a pretty sea view room and balcony, the room was beautiful, clean, fresh and white and bright and it was such a comfy bed and with so many high quality and thoughtful touches in the room like many lovely teas and drinks and quality biscuits, the food in the restaurant was delicious and even the staff were very friendly as well and helpful too. What more could we possibly have asked for as a special pre-Valentines trip ? It was quiet and peaceful too at this time of year. We will definitely return. The fact that the WiFi was attained with a bit of data release probably was a plus for us as in choosing not to go there we had more of a rest and could make a call we had to make outside so that was not in any way a negative in real terms. It was a bonus really. Lulworth was already a favourite place but now we have a favourite place to stay there too. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. "

"This is a family run hotel in a Victorian building. Our room was really large with a high ceiling with a sea view on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to resolve a couple of small issues with the room. The hotel has a spa and also provides evening entertainment even in low season when we visited. We had a really nice stay and the room was good value. Breakfast was also very nice The location is excellent. If you want four five star then this may not meet your expectations, but if you want, clean comfortable, well located and friendly then it gets our vote."
