"Myself and my partner stayed here with our 1 year old for 2 nights for my birthday. The location is perfect if you want to park your car and not use it all weekend! There is either one space at the back of the property and you pay a deposit for a permit or there's a manned multi story car park just over the road. Everything you could want is in walking distance and there are plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants to chose from. The house itself is a cross 3 floors but very comfortable and ideal...

"Perfect for 2, tidy, nice on the eye, 2 seats at window was our favourite place relax looking at the beautiful view of trees towards Ironbridge which is a 10-15 minute walk down depending which route you take, it is very steep in places,"

"I think the property is in excellent condition and the location is perfect, there is only one small problem the mattress will need changing soon but i would stay there again but for longer, i would recomend it to anyone including my friends and family "

"We were happy with the accommodation - only used for B&B as we live locally and had a full house of family staying. The flat was well appointed and decorated and the lowish ceilings not a problem for us being under 6' tall."

"WeL asked with the value for money for the apartment which could comfortably sleep six people with two good size bedrooms upstairs, a good size, bathroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed and was well stocked with plates cups and glasses and you could quite easily stay there for a longer period of time and just a weekend . "The cottage was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The property is very clean, in terrific condition and very rustic. I highly recommend and congratulate the owner for their hard work on this. The only thing that people should be aware of is that the country road leading to the property is quite rough so careful driving around the potholes is required. However, this should not detract from people visiting this lovely cottage. "

"What a find! Such great value - quilted toilet roll, fluffy towels, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and comfy bed. What more could you want... and all for £37 a night. Granted we got an exceptional deal but would highly recommend at double the price. "

Great location and wonderful building

"The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Ludlow. There is on site parking and the castle is a few minutes walk away. Check in was simple and we navigated through the meandering corridors to reach our rooms. It’s a 400 year old building so there are stairs, steps and turns as well as some fabulous wood panelling and glass. My room, 104, was a good size with an excellent modern bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a good sized desk plus additional seating and the sockets all had USB ports too. The room was quiet, overlooking the car park and despite the hotel being busy there was no noise intrusion from other guests. Breakfast was excellent, buffet with various cooked to order options. Not excessive but good sized portions and decent service. Overall a lovely stay in a fabulous location."

"Fabulous team on the front desk, absolutely first class and as good as any 5* hotel even though this is a busy conference hotel. All the staff, in the restaurant, cafe and front desk were just lovely. Rooms fairly standard but clean and client."
