The interior of the home boasts an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of windows to bring in natural light. The house is comfortably equipped with 1 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Double beds, gas stove top, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, central air and heating, gas fireplace and lightning fast internet. The living room features 9 feet ceilings and a large cozy sectional that serves as the perfect spot for long naps or an epic game of monopoly deal. The 65 inch OLED smart TV can easily connect to your smartphone or tablet so that you can pick up where you left off watching your favourite show. If you’re looking for something new or interested in watching a game, don’t worry we have a live streaming service for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove top, oven/air fryer, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, and a selection of complimentary snacks/drinks/teas (selection may vary). The large quartz waterfall kitchen island allows you to prepare a meal without missing key moments in the room and the big screen. There are enough plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, and other essentials to make your stay more comfortable. On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and black out curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a private washroom with a stand up shower and a bath oasis. The 4th bedroom also has a private 3 piece bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd rooms share a generous sized bathroom with a double sink vanity alongside a tub and elongated toilet bowl. Top of the line memory foam mattresses are included in all rooms, with duvets and extra pillows to ensure your stay is personalized and enjoyable. The house is minutes away from lots of activities for the family – regardless of the season. During the summer you can enjoy the farmer’s market, the beach, Seaton trail, strawberry/apple picking at a farm, golf courses that are a stone’s throw away and even wander over to the Toronto Zoo. In the winter there are ski resorts, spas, casinos, historic buildings, libraries, movie theaters, indoor mini putt and arcades in the area. (See my guidebook for more details) Access to the house is via keyless entry and the house is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and security cameras on the exterior of the house. We will send you detailed directions to the house once guests have booked their reservation. We are very responsive to phone calls, e-mails, and texts. We will make sure that your needs are addressed and met to your satisfaction and in a timely manner. Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay. The basement, linen closet, garage, and mudroom closet is not available for guests use. A car is recommended to get around. The central bus stop/train station is about a 10 minute drive. From the train station, downtown Toronto is about 25 mins on GO Express train.

*Guests without previous reviews may be required to provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.* 1) No smoking , vaping or drugs inside the the home, violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee. Please note all rooms and hallways are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detector for our guests safety.
2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am.
3)No outdoor shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. Dirt tracks throughout the house and we strive to keep our carpets and hardwood in the best of conditions.
4) Missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
5) Excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 6) Quiet Hours: 10 PM-7 AM
7) Any unauthorized guests are subject to additional charges. $100/per guest per night
8) By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injury, illness of the renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions. 10) Cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathroom, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be charged at an hourly rate.
*Long term/Mid term bookings please contact me directly to discuss. *We provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
* There may be ongoing construction outside of the house, however, this should not impact your stay.
*Video surveillance is installed outside of the home and in the garage.
