The space
This private legal basement suite offers a peaceful escape with a private entrance, full kitchen, and a cozy living space. Two twin beds and a convertible sofa bed ensure a comfortable stay for you and your family. Our unit also offers the convenience of a separate three-piece washroom, exclusively available for our guests' use. Additionally, there's a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use whenever you need.
Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the included TV with Amazon Prime.

Guest access
During your stay, you will enjoy full access to the entire basement unit with no need for sharing with anyone else. It's your private space to relax and unwind

** Quick access to the 401 highway, allowing you to reach Toronto within minutes.
** Sanitation is a top priority; we regularly clean high-touch surfaces with high-quality sanitization products. We also provide sanitation products for your use during your stay.
** To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the unit to prevent outside dirt from coming inside.
**Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit.
**Please respect the quiet hours to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
**The unit is ideally suited for up to 2 people, with the option for one additional adult for an extra $30 or a maximum of two children for the same additional fee per night.
** If you require an early check in or late check out please let us know. We will try to accommodate and there will be a $30 fee.
