"This property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! It appeared that this was a brand new facility in every area we were in. The showers were very clean, including the shower curtain. The toilet looked like it had never been sat on. We stayed in a primitive cabin, with our own locked toilet and locked shower room within a communal building. The entire building was immaculate! "The remote location and quiet setting was perfect for our group's annual outing. We made good use of the smoker and grill and had a fantastic time. The theater in the basement (along with air hockey) came in handy after the sun set. Hosts were responsive and fantastic, and check-out procedures were simple and easy. "My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!"
