"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows.
