Located in the heart of the D-day commemorations and festivities, our house is in the center of the charming town of Picauville.
All shops are accessible on foot in less than 1 minute and you will also benefit from a large enclosed garden adjoining the cottage.
Our house includes on the ground floor:
1 large bedroom with a 160cm bed.
I bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine)
1 very bright living room with a view of the garden consisting of a new equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso Virtuo (capsules to be provided by you), kettle, fridge freezer, beer tap)/multifunction robot/dining room/living room (sofa, armchair, TV)
Upstairs :
1 bedroom with a 90cm single bed and a baby bed. Changing table.
1 large bedroom with a 140cm bed.
Our house is completely equipped to accommodate a baby. Travel cot with real mattress, high chair, safety gate for the stairs, infant bath, changing table, walker, playpen.
Board games and books available.

South-facing terrace with dining area and garden furniture
Large garden of approximately 600m2 with trees, flowers and completely enclosed, equipped with a barbecue, a swing/slide and a pétanque court (remember to bring your pétanque balls) and a ping-pong table .
Outdoor games: molky, badminton set, shuffleboard, ping-pong table.
Linen will be left upon your arrival. (Fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, 1 set of towels, bath towel and glove per person and 1 tea towel).
Possibility of parking a collector's vehicle there during the D-day commemorations period.
Our house is in the heart of the June 6 festivities.
On site, numerous commemorations, festivities (meals with American, German and other nationality soldiers), German camp.
5 minutes (4km) by car from the historic site of La Fiere where the commemorative D-Day parachute drop takes place each year.
10 minutes away (9km) you will find yourself on the mythical and historic square of Sainte Mère Église (first city in France liberated by the air). Numerous festivities and reenactments. Camp geronimo.
20 from Carentan and Utah Beach where many commemorations and festivities take place. Numerous reconstructions of allied camps.
These few minutes by car will be punctuated by numerous museums and must-see places from the Second World War (WWII).
