"My family and I stayed a week in Tower 1, and the staff (security and housekeeping) was very helpful and nice. Before we arrived, the host (Alicia) had everything arranged with security and key cards. Her instructions were spot on. "First I must say the apartment is very clean and quiet. Love the black-out curtains in the rooms ,the hot water and air conditioner was on point. The host was very delightful and easy to work with.
