"Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is well-run, the staff is VERY helpful, the restaurant ia good (as is the on-site pizzeria). The view from our room was absolutely amazing.The hotel.is a short walk from the elevator down to the port, and tours to Capri and the Amalfi Coast are easily booked (the hotel staff are happy to.arrange). Would definitely stay here again!"

"This B&B is SO cute and has a lot of Sicilian charm. Great central location with a 7min walk to the ocean. The host is very welcoming and I highly recommend staying here!"

"We loved our stay as it was a quiet location away from the crowds of the coast. Sorrento was 2 train stops away. The train station is not too far away, but if you have a lot of luggage it may present a problem as there are no buses and you have to book an Uber 24 hrs prior. The staff were amazing, especially Angela. They were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean, beds a bit hard, but that because I like mine soft. The breakfasts were lovely with adequate variety. Not many...

"Great breakfast and awesome service. Loved the stay and services provided. Happened to be there during celebrations so there were fire works going off. But, that was okay! Room near traffic circle got a little loud at times, but well worth it. Only thing I would change is the bottom sheets, other than that - all things were great! "

"We had the best time at the Gargiulo Suites, it is run by a lovely family who enjoy what they do and are extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are right around the corner from the Piano Di Sorrento train station which makes it really easy to get in and out of Sorrento."

"Overall the stay was nice. The parking situation was odd in that we had to find a place to park down the hill and there was no available valet. The pools all closed at 6pm which was unfortunate considering how beautiful the views were. It would have been nice to do some night swimming."

" The property was clean and comfortable. Good size pool. All staff we dealt with were friendly. However reception and waiters were personable and gave exceptional service. This made our stay one of the best vacations in italy. "

"Gorgeous 16th century palazzo, beautifully renovated. The room was a wonderful combination of modern quirky (butterflies painted in little hiding places, Frida Kahloe pictures) and antiques. "

"We had a wonderful few nights at this property. Angela was a very responsive and kind host. The room/ensuite were very clean and modern and equipped with all the amenities we could ever need. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and it was an easy train ride to both Sorrento and Pompeii, with the station being very close by. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this property! Thank you for the lovely stay. "

"Not for the faint at heart. A challenge to find and everything was done by text (no one on site), and the car in the middle of a twisty narrow road while trying to get the keys, understand the parking and find the room. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."
