Der liebe Hausmeister kommt jeden Tag und sorgt für Sauberkeit und ist sehr hilfsbereit. "This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken...

"Alles stimmt, nette Vermieter, außerordentliche Lage im Grünen, gut ausgestattete Küche. Der richtige Platz zum Abschalten und Erkunden der Landschaft! Ideal für Radfahrer ( Bergfahrer)"

"Durch sehr sommerliches Wetter konnten wir die ganze Zeit über draußen sein und den schönen Pool genießen. Wir durften im Baumhaus schlafen, da es im Haus zu stickig war. Das war immer sehr schön. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einen schönen Wasserfall mit Naturpool. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber sind vor Ort."

"We really enjoyed the stay here in this countryside villa outside Vaino. After a very busy 4 days in Rome, we really appreciated the quiet, calm respite we found here. The pool was gorgeous and very refreshing on the hot afternoons. My kids especially liked the creek behind the residence with lovely fireflies at night. We will definitely return again!"

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "

"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "
