Although placed central between the night market and Long Beach, I think for a better experience of Phu Quoc it would be better to stay at a resort which has direct beach access. This hotel was simply the wrong side of the main road for that.
We stayed about 10 days, booking in advance but decided while there to find another place beachside for a couple of nights to break up the stay.
A beach facing air conditioned bungalow add's so much more to your experience of Phu Quoc than even a nice hotel like this.
Overall, the hotel was fine, reasonably priced, clean and a nice place to come back to after a long hot day, spacious rooms, air conditioned and new white sheets and bedding daily.
Breakfast was very reasonable, catering essentially local and asian cuisine, buffet style, certainly not bad but not gourmet either.
