"This a really spacious, quiet, well- maintained property ouside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Away from the main roads and traffic, with clean air to breath. The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. "The staff were so kind from the start since I arrived in the morning. They took care of everything and were so courteous! The pool was awesome! The gym was a bit dated and some equipment wasn't working, but you really only need weights. The food was amazing as expected with choices for vegetarian. My only wish is if they would serve more noodles. I also loved the juice bar. The campus was paradise, especially at night. I would love to come back another time!"

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage. The water pressure was terrible. There was no Wi-Fi provided aside from the lobby and the dining area. My cellular network (AIS) was also bad in...
