Spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage plus room for a golf cart, fully furnished home available for guests. 1825 sq. ft. Located in a Del Webb (55+) community. The master bedroom has 32' flatscreen TV and a king bed with a new tempur-pedic mattress. The guest suite also has a new queen tempur-pedic mattress. If you enjoy entertaining this home is perfect. The kitchen/dining room area comes with a 42' flat screen TV and the living room comes with a 55' flat screen TV and also includes a free standing bar. The home is very light and bright, as it has been recently renovated and updated with all new furnishings, appliances, tile, paint, cabinets, granite, light fixtures and more. It has an amazing fenced backyard with fruit trees (oranges, lemons and grapefruit), there's plenty of room to entertain, BBQ, or just take in the Arizona Sun. Stunning views of the 4th hole on the Grand View Golf Course. The property is located 15 miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium. Within the community are 3 swimming pools, 3 health clubs and 7 golf courses. The security is top notch, as the Posse patrols the neighborhood at all times. The Del E Webb Memorial Hospital is conveniently located, less than 1/2 a mile away.

Beautiful and Convenient
We had a wonderful stay at Rhonda's home. The house is beautiful inside and out and very convenient to anything we needed. The kitchen has everything to make a gourmet meal (I am a trained chef) and we had several family dinners while there. Amazing citrus trees in the yard too - made fresh lemonade and lemon merengue pie. Certainly would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this nice home which is located in a great area of Sun City West. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and nice bedding. Rhonda always responded quickly to any questions and really cares about her renters. We plan to rent this home again.

We rented this home for 3 months. Wish it had been longer! Everything was perfect for us. Rhonda is great to work with, and I hope we can do it again. Location was great. We enjoyed watching the golfers and seeing the sunset every night. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We hated to leave.

Beautiful home, fully equipped
This is indeed a beautiful, spacious home. We wanted for nothing as it’s fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to just move in and live other than food! We rented during the month of October and the weather was terrific. The home is located on a golf course fairway and the neighborhood is very quiet. Any question or issue was promptly addressed by the owner. My wife and I would highly recommend this home!

"Couldn't Ask for a Better Rental Home"
This was truly a home away from home. Expertly updated with every imaginable amenity you could think of. Kitchen was well equipped and was not lacking anything you could think of. Amazing outside patio with great views of the golf course and mountains. Beautiful sitting outside and watching the abundant wildlife in the area. This home is in a great location for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and all outdoor activities. Owner has thought of everything that you might need for an extended stay. She was always just a phone call away. Very accommodating. Save yourself the hassle of research and just rent this home. You will be glad that you did.

I spent four wonderful months in this spacious and very well appointed home during the winter 2017/18. Close to absolutely everything in SCW. Very private backyard, evening sunsets and great view of Grandview Golf Course and the White Tank Mountains. Liked it so much, I'm returning again next winter! Well worth the drive! My wife and I spent 3 months at this beautiful home. This home has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. It has a beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms and excellent bathrooms. The patio is excellent facing a beautiful golf course. This is a home you will enjoy.

Very nice vacation rental
We stayed at this property for three months in the winter of 2016. The home was nicely decorated with quality, comfortable furniture and it was very clean. We did enjoy the back yard area where you could watch the golfers go by. There are trains that pass behind the golf course which you can see and hear but they don't come by very often. The amenities in Sun City West are very good. You can be as busy as you want to be because there are many things to do. My husband found the golf courses excellent. It is close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Gorgeous home in a convenient part of SCW.
The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, hospital, and golf courses. The property was immaculate, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed playing the nearby golf courses and watching the golfers pass by the comfortable backyard. The gym at the recreation center was great. This home is perfect for a vacation spot in itself
A beautifully appointed house. Lots of extras. Pleasant surroundings. Very high grade cabinets, granite counter tops, fixtures, and flooring. Not the usual vacation rental. Looks like a home done by a decorator. Bonus lemons for fresh lemonade! Water fountain in back view/fenced yard is nice to hear as you set in covered patio. Only negative was the train sound near by, but not very frequent. Owner was very nice and solicitous of our needs.

Pleasant stay in a nice area.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. It has a sitting area outside to sit and read a book, rest and relax, enjoy dinner with family, watch golfers (I do not golf) as it is on the golf course. The neighbors were extremely friendly. It is close for a trip to go hiking at White Tank Mountain Park, shopping and dining. This will be my choice to stay for future travel and I highly recommend it to others.

This is a lovely home, fully updated.

This rental is a true jewel...what a find!
This home is beautifully furnished and well equipped! The location is ideal...close to shopping areas...perfectly situated for sitting on the deck and watching the sun set...close to several golf courses including being situated on a golf course...in a quiet neighborhood.
