Open-concept living in the heart of all that Phoenix has to offer. With over 1500 square feet, this spacious home can accommodate six guests comfortably. It's perfect for your family gathering or for visiting nurses and traveling business people who want the comfort and space a hotel can’t provide. The private, heated pool is great for relaxing after a long day, and outdoor dining under the pergola is the perfect setting to watch the famous Phoenix sunsets.
Situated in Uptown, you'll be close to so many sites that make Phoenix unique. Quick access to highway SR 51, one of Phoenix's North/South highway corridors. Less than a mile from Camelback Colonnade (Home of Nordstrom's Last Call), and only two miles from Biltmore Fashion Park. Close to numerous restaurants on 7th St (Culinary Dropout, Stock, and Stable). The Vig Uptown and the Phoenix City Grill are mere blocks away, on 16th Street. Five miles from Grand Canyon University, the Phoenix Art Museum, and multiple golf courses. With a fifteen-minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, your arrival and departure travel will be a breeze.
Three bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with two twins. All linens and towels provided - including pool towels. Amenities include a Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet Access, a TV in the living room with access to Local Stations, and Streaming Content. Prepare a delicious meal in the comfort of our well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all the necessary appliances. Full Kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, and dishes to serve 8.
There is a Casita (small studio) in the backyard, which is not available to rent. The owners may or may not be there. Guests will have the main house all to yourselves. Enjoy your time in this stylish retreat!

This is a great house in a perfect location. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to the airport, shops, restaurants and hiking. Well stocked house with very responsive hosts. Back yard is perfect with shaded sitting area and heated pool with a tanning shelf. Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Perfect house and location for our family of four. Spacious, comfortable, clean and included many amenities. Easy communication with owner. We needed nothing but groceries! Very close to Trader Joes, shopping, hiking, etc. Convenient location and nice backyard seating area and pool, which we used almost every day. We hope to stay again!

Conveniently located property makes getting around the city a breeze
The house was great and provided my family with a nice relaxing environment for our get away. We were able to get to all of the shops and the baseball stadium very easily which was great. Interactions with the property manager were pleasant and very responsive. Thanks for the stay.

House had everything we needed (lots of towels, cleaning products, coffee, dishes, etc), was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of room for the six of us, and poolside was amazing! Neighborhood was very quiet yet conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Homeowners were very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely come back :)

Beautiful home in a great location!
This a beautifully decorated, fully appointed home in a fabulous location. Quiet cul de sac street with everything we needed within minutes (even a great diner open 24 hours at the end of the street!). We were in town for a soccer tourney and arrived a few days early and cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the home and it was perfect! Close to shopping, Old Town Scottsdale and the Phoenix Zoo. Would absolutely stay again the next time we are in the area!!

Great Girls Weekend!
I have a lot of experience both hosting and using vacation rentals and David's space is awesome!! I could not stop commenting on his attention to detail. Everything you could need was there and easy to find. The decor and furnishings made it comfortable without being "too much." The pool was perfect and the location could not have been better. I highly recommend!

The house was perfectly suited to our needs. Roomy and well equipped. Excellent location. However, owners were living on site in a casita and using the property. We didn’t know they would be there the entire week. We felt we should have been made aware of this before hand.

Great home in excellent location with everything you need including a pool!
This was the perfect house for us to stay in while we were in Phoenix. It is close to the airport and many other areas. It has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to cook from. They have done a great job making sure everything is nicely labeled and available for you. It has nice closet and dresser space for your things. Beautiful newly done pool and backyard. Excellent communication with the host.

Perfect for Family Getaway
Midtown was perfect and would give it 10 stars if possible. The house and property were spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped and big enough for more than one person to work in. It was a little cold out so we didn’t use the pool. The location is perfect for accessing various parts of Phoenix. The Five and Diner was a charming place to go for breakfast. Midtown was great for our family get together. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was perfect for two couples from Northern climates.
We loved the rental! The pool area was wonderful for morning coffee, sunbathing and evening cocktails. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was well stocked and big enough for multiple folks to prepare our meals. The bedrooms were very private and extremely comfortable. The location was very central to shopping, restaurants and quick access to AZ 51. Even though you are near 16th and Camelback, the outdoor area and house was very serene and quiet enough to hear the hummingbirds. I will recommend this rental to other friends who want to attend spring baseball training. Lisa and Jim

Great property- just a few issues. No heat for 2 days, I never could get hot water in the master bath sink, one of the bedroom doors stuck and was super loud to open which was annoying during the night. Other than that it was very clean, and a good location.

Great place for a winter getaway!
This is a nicely updated house, roomy and comfortable. It is very well appointed with absolutely everything we could think of to need. It is also very clean. We had an 11 month old baby with us and did not have any qualms about him playing on the floor. The street is a dead end so very quiet. The pool is a nice size for kids with a shallow area for toddlers or wading. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we were not able to take full advantage of the appealing outdoor area. The location is terrific with easy access to many nice restaurants, stores and Phoenix attractions. The owners were not present but responded promptly to texts and phone calls. We stayed 8 night and had a great time in spite of cool weather. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Home Base for Visiting Family or Friends
We are a group of 4 adults with family living in Phoenix. This property was centrally-located to our Phoenix relatives, and also was close to shopping and recreational activities. We felt comfortable inviting our Phoenix relatives over to the property for meals and just spending time together.
