The property was great for our long weekend. Parking was easy and convenient, right in front of the unit. The pool was steps away. The grounds were quiet. The townhome was clean spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed for to make us feel at home. The location was great. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Very cozy little condo, very close to the pool, 2 master bedrooms with a tub in one room and standing shower in the other. No bathroom downstairs so you have to go up to use the restroom. Pool area was very nice and quiet all around. Would definitely book again!

Great little place to stay while we attended an event at State Farm Stadium. Beds were soft/memory foam like and really comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in a few nights. Easy covered parking right outside the front door. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. The chairs on the back patio were a nice bonus. Owner was great to communicate back in a timely manner when sent questions.

The property was clean. The beds are ok but dont advertise as sleeps 5 when one bed cant hold a average size person. The couches were small for people to sit on.

Very cute townhome!
We came to Phoenix to move our daughter to GCU. Loved the townhome, very nicely decorated and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Loved the ice maker on the refrigerator. We used the washer and dryer and were happy to have it as we bought sheets and towels for the dorm room and wanted to wash ahead of move in. The parking space is in front of the entrance so very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet unit, no noise from neighbors. Would stay again!

Owner was very responsive. Property was clean and easily accessible. Down side was the furniture in the pictures wasn't fully accurate. The dining set was different, which caused us to purchase a table top and chair from which to work. Otherwise, all was good.

If your going to a Cardinals game, then this is the perfect place!!!!!! Very close to stadium!!!!!!!
The place was perfect for us. It was nicely remodeled and decorated. I liked the fact that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. We did have a problem getting the t.v. to work. The reception wasn't very good. I don't know if there is a problem with the cable, or the satellite. We would stay here again!!!!
