Fabulous house in Avondale with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms two story house with a loft upstairs beautifully furnished with all the amenities and my famous massage chair. The master bedroom is downstairs which is what makes this house unique the upstairs loft area has the two bedrooms and a full bathroom and also a loft with a luxurious sofa bed couch, TV access to internet everything you can imagine there is a nice pool that is open from May through October

Enjoyed the house!
Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!

Great place to stay with your family
This house was perfect. We were there for spring training and a tournament for my son. It was centrally located to all the fields we had to go to. The kids fell in love with the massage chairs. The pre-stocked cupboards and fridge were an added bonus as well. The place was nice and clean as well and had lots of games in the cabinet to play as well. I will definitely try to book this place again if we come back next year. The owners were also very responsive to any questions which was very helpful. Thank you Micah and Crystal for a great stay.

Great vacation home
We really enjoyed the Yavapai house..very comfortable, well stocked, with extras such as the massage chair. The patio area is very relaxing and I enjoyed morning walks in the subdivision before heading out for baseball games. Micah was a very accommodating host! Top notch!

Wonderful home away from home!!!
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Yavapai House! There was every amenity you could think of, plus more! A stocked fridge, movies to watch, games to play, shampoo and soap, and a washer and dryer to wash clothes; we used it all and couldn’t be more grateful that it was all available! My favorite was the massage chair, I now want one for my own house! After being out all day at the baseball games, shopping and visiting the aquarium, this massage chair was heaven to come back to. The beds were comfortable, as well as the couches. Alexa throughout the house was pretty cool too! If I could make this my permanent spring training home away from home I would do it in a heart beat! Thank you Micah and Crystal for everything! The quick response to our text messages were much appreciated! Michelle

Great Owner
Micah was very timely getting back to me on questions. This was a great location just off the 10 FRY. Easy to get to a lot of great golf course. House was very clean and neat. Micah had some food and beverages to start our long weekend off which was much appreciated. I highly recommend his house, this was the best value on a house I have found on VRBO.

Comfortable stay for our vacation
This was a perfect cool, comfortable house to stay in while we were in Arizona to see baseball spring training of our favorite team the Seattle Mariners! Enjoyed the wonderful massage chairs, beds were so comfy! No problem sleeping. This is much better than staying in a motel for a week. So many added amenities. Micah thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Everything is as Pictured!!! PERFECT Stay!
I stayed here with my boyfriend, my mother, and my sister. We all loved it! The massage chairs were PERFECT after a long day of walking and visiting relatives. We couldn't stay away from the large massage chair. Also, Micah is VERY responsive. I didn't even have to check the instructions on HomeAway or call him for check in instructions. He texted them to me and additional details were right in my text inbox when my plane landed. Micah thinks of everything! He provides everything!!! Snacks, water, toiletries, paper towels, sandwich bags, sodas, food, extra chargers, mints, YOU NAME IT! He had way more than we needed or expected for this trip and we were so thankful for it. We didn't get to meet Micah but the keypad on his door made it so easy for my family and me to access the house at different times. It was super convenient. And the door locks on its own! The neighborhood is also really quiet and nice. The beds are tempurpedic (super comfortable)! I feel like I am leaving something out. I can go on and on about this place. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Phoenix. I only have one minor suggestion: I didn't see any additional sheets or blankets. I think this would be nice for those who need them. Overall, it was a perfect stay! We left a little money for Micah to buy supplies for the next guest(s). We are definitely coming back to stay at Micah's house! This was the best HomeAway experience I have ever had. It will be hard for others to top this.
