The Space:
Featuring Real wood flooring, custom wood shutters and wood blinds, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, seating for 6 in dining room plus a breakfast bar and large kitchen, it's own pool and spa as well as a small putting green, this property will not disappoint you!
The Master Bedroom has a King-size Sealy-Posturpedic mattress along with a 32' Flat screen HD TV (and cable) . The Master Bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a walk-in closet and its own full bath with granite countertops & double sinks.
The Second bedroom is very large and easily accommodates up to four guests. It has two queen-size beds, dresser, nightstand, full length mirror, a large closet and lots of room to spread out.
The second bathroom is lovely and spacious. It has a full size, walk-in shower with travertine tile and a custom vanity with a granite countertop.
The Living Room is huge and well-equipped with a sofa sectional that has recliners built in so you can enjoy lounging around or watching your favorites shows on the big screen TV.

A maximum number of 6 guests are allowed to occupy the property , this includes visitors and small children. Gatherings or events of any kind are not allowed to be held on the premises, this includes hosting local family or friends during your stay, without written approval from the owner or manager.
2) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet/Animal" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.
3.We go to great lengths to make sure that each property is cleaned & sanitized properly prior to your arrival! We are fortunate to have a top-notch cleaning team that has been with us for over 6 years.
