The Studio was formerly the working Studio of Famous Motorsport Artist Eric Herrmann. Situated on 3 Acres against the Tonto National Forest, this stunning hideaway is peaceful and secluded.

Close to all the National Forest has to offer, Hiking, Biking, Motorcycle & Quad Trails, Boating at Bartlett Lake, The Studio is a perfect Base Camp. Located in the Golf Mecca of the west, The Studio looks out on "The Outlaw" golf course at Desert Mountain.

This was the most coolest and safest and comfortable place I've ever been. Many extras bottled water and sodas in the fridge, lovely fenced in yard for my dogs. The views are spectacular lots of wildlife, if you want peace and quiet this is exactly it! The owners are very friendly easy to communicate with and is there for you if you need anything! I will definitely be back in the artwork is amazing!

Amazing property, location and hosts! I would def recommend staying here if in the cave creek area. Perfect location in proximity to mtb and road cycling trails as well as shops, bars, restaurants etc., Again the hosts are wonderful people as well! Eric has some amazing art and I bought a piece for memorabilia!

I felt so cool and comfortable the minute I walked in This studio is private, artistic, spacious and so clean. Beautiful patio area too! Hospitable, communicative hosts... it was a dream, far enough away for peace and quiet enough but an easy drive in to amenities and hikes. Hope to stay there again 😊

A Top Rated Best Place Ever Stay
This is one of those properties that you wish you could give more than a 5 star rating, We have stayed with a lot of exceptional properties using VRBO and this one is on the very top of our "best list". Owners/managers were the nicest, property itself was so amazing and unique. BEAUTIFUL views, quiet, private, convenient. AND THE ARTWORK!!! I spent hours looking at the artwork, its INCREDIBLE... AND to meet the artist in person was the topping on the cake. Thank you Eric and Suzanne for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! We shall see you soon! (and our dog was as happy here as we were! he gives it 4 paws high-five!)

Holiday Getaway
All great things about this place and the owners. The studio was larger than we thought, very comfortable and private. The owners Suzanne and Erik were wonderful and very accommodating. They kicked off the visit with a sweet gift and the Studio was ready with heat and lights on when we got in a bit late. We would definitely come back. The location is very peaceful and it was perfect.

Words can not accurately describe the peaceful tranquility that surrounds this property. Nice, clean and very comfortable. Gorgeous views of the mountains and Sunsets to die for. On top of that the hosts make you feel as if your family.

Fantastic location and wonderful people!
Our stay at Eric and Suzanne’s casita was great! A beautiful property with wonderful views. Every morning I took the dog on a walk around the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and best of all only half a block away was a wonderful wine bar my husband and I would walk to each night. Looking forward to going back!

Perfect setup
Suzanne and Eric were wonderful hosts. They were always prompt to respond to our questions and provided local recommendations. The studio is simple yet functional and beautifully adorned with Eric’s wonderfully mesmerizing artwork. Raven’s View is a great small spot for drinks and dinner literally a couple blocks away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Launch into the desert
The studio my wife and I stayed in for the month was wonderful. We received everything we ask for from the property owner promptly. The location being beside the national forest was very private. During our stay, we enjoyed horseback riding, balloon ride, razor rids in desert, hiking, shopping, and much more. Would go back in a heartbeat!
