Beautiful little historic home in historic area.
The property is great, there's clearly been a lot of work put into it. We were initially given the wrong door code, it was eventually figured out but did change our plans for the first night in town. The host was courteous and apologetic for the problem. Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay!

Very nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near downtown. Cute cottage inside, nice spacious backyard. Loved our stay. Only downside was the many many cobwebs and spiders (luckily just daddy long legs) inside the home, could have used a good dusting and de-spidering. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a week with a couple of adult family members staying over night. Property is as described and probably best suited for 2-3 guests but not much more. Interior seemed to be about 6 600 sq ft so seems perfect for 2/3 people. The backyard is spectacular with fire pit/dining table/pool table/corn bags and sitting area and it opens up to a semi-private park w/locked pool behind it. At first glance the neighborhood may seem skeptical but we felt totally safe. It was a very quiet neighborhood, with many pleasant people jogging and walking their dogs on the street and in the back near the park. The only negative I would comment on was the BBQ was natural gas so it didn’t quite maintain a good temp for cooking quickly. Communication with host was good throughout the process. 7.2 out of 10.

This property is absolutely adorable - so comfy and cozy. The outdoor amenities (pool table, corn hole, fire pit, and outdoor seating) were a huge hit among our family. While the home is in an urban area, you'll sleep well as the house is so well insulated and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We took advantage of corn hole, pool table, and fire pit. We were going to grill but the grill didn't seem to get enough gas even though it was hard piped in. The pups loved the enclosed yard to play in and the park right behind was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again when in Phoenix. The property is exactly as advertised with nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Charming house for a relaxing stay
We enjoyed several days relaxing and walking in the historic neighborhood. Very quite at night. The park and pool outside the back door has a wonder view and a real plus. Also, Ray was very accessible with any questions or concerns that we had and they were few!

Great location. Great communication with host. Clean home with adequate amenities. Air conditioning works great in common spaces, not in bedrooms. There was a box fan which helped. There is a great outdoor area with grill, pool table and fire pit. However, repeated insect bites on ankles kept us from sitting on the outdoor furniture. The sofa inside needs to be replaced. The cushions slope downward making you slide to the edge. The kitchen was well equipped except for dishes. The cupboards had 3 plates, 1 small plate and 4 bowls. Would like to have more than 2 wine glasses. Also suggest a mixing bowl, platter and hot pads. With all that said, the home worked for our needs. We didn’t spend a lot of time there anyway.

Beautiful Home for a Perfect Staycation
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is charming and comfortable and the backyard is a great place to hang out. The location is close to all downtown landmarks while still maintaining that neighborhood feel. Ray was great at assisting us with anything we needed. Very responsive and kind. A top notch spot!:)
