Summary:
Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Our remodel is 100% complete:)

Check in is contactless, keypad code to your email on day of check in.

Please note the following: We are right off the 101 freeway and some of the corner units may be subject to freeway noise. These are interior corridor units and you may smell guest cooking or the possibility of tobacco or marijuana smoke. We are a 100% smoke free property but occasionally guests break the rules. We do our best to keep the premises smoke free. We have a 24/7 guest experience team always available to help with any issue. Please do not expect 5 star accommodations but do expect a clean, safe and responsive experience. Our pool and spa is heated year round and our internet is both wireless and plug in and best in class with Cox 1G Fiber (guest speeds will vary based on occupancy).

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Not clean and poor amenities. My reserved house ended up not available until the last day before my arrival, my family had no where to stay and I ended up at a roache infested one bedroom unit. VRBO does not compensate you for your inconvenience.
