Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath located in quiet gated community. Patio off the dining area for family gatherings. Property has community pool, hot tub, and BBQ space, walking and exercise trails. Within 1/2 mile from grocery store. Many outdoor activities near neighborhood; golf, hiking, biking, walking, and horse back riding. Oldtown Scottsdale very close. Property has 2 car garage, children are welcome, and recently replaced all carpet throughout the home.

Utter perfection!
Owners were very helpful and responsive. The property is beautifully furnished— nothing that screams RENTAL🙄 Grocery store, pharmacy and nice restaurants all within a tiny radius. We’ll be back again— and again!

Great 2 months.
The owners were very responsive to the problem with the heating system that occurred when we moved in. That same responsiveness to needs continued throughout our visit. The condo was clean and well appointed with a couple exceptions.
