We loved the location but felt the condo could have been cleaner and more modern. The hotel associated with the condo also needed major updates. We loved dealing with Dan, our Evolve contact; he was timely and responsive to our concerns.

Didn’t live up to pictures
The exterior of the building is very poorly maintained, needs painting etc. The hall bath has black mold in the shower. The living room couches are in need of replacing, very worn. There was garbage in the outside containers and no one picked up the garbage when we were leaving after a 7 day stay. Needless to say the smell was terrible!

The unit was just as shown. Just a few suggestions. The lighting in the main room is terrible. Please put more light in and/or increase the bulb wattage in the two lights that are there. Also, I stayed in the master which was great, but my people that stayed in the room with the 2 twin beds and they said if they moved around at night or if someone turned over the squeaking bed woke up the other person. Needs to be changed. Hotel is somewhat dated but had a nice time and the communication from the management company was exceptional. Great location Kathy

Haven in a crazy time
Our family stayed at this condo for the month of March, which happened to be right when the COVID pandemic set in. The property itself is beautiful and was a very safe and serene home base during those crazy times. The condo itself has a great layout - we were able to fit three adults, a 4 year old and one year old - without ever feeling confined. The kitchen is well appointed and we really liked spending the evenings on the balcony. We walked all over the beautiful grounds and loved the dedicated parking. My mother-in-law did struggle a bit with some of the technology in the apartment but the owner was amazingly responsive - any questions we had, she responded straight away with answers. Also, her family lives in the same condo community, so they were able to drop by and help with anything we needed. And when we needed to extend our stay because we didn’t feel safe to fly home with all of the uncertainty - the owner bent over backwards to help us schedule things accordingly. The property shares some amenities with the McCormick Ranch hotel, which was typically fine (poolside drinks and food!) but did become a bit tricky during the pandemic as the hotel closed amenities like the pool when its occupancy dropped severely. But by the end of our trip it was all back up and running. Absolutely loved this condo and would stay again without hesitation. Whole heartedly recommend it!

Shores Villas unit 39
The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Perfect for four adults and plenty of things to do nearby. Great location. Also very accommodating with check in and check out times which was very helpful with our flight schedules. Only trouble was the keypad as it was difficult to get in and then it just stopped working so we had one key for the group for a couple days. Suggest a Plan B with the check in instructions.

Lovely unit with extras!
My husband, two teenage boys and I enjoyed a great week in this unit at Millennium/McCormick. It was very spacious for the four of us and could easily accommodate more. It is beautifully decorated with many lovely and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen has every utensil and gadget you need for cooking. We also enjoyed a meal at the Pinon Grill on site, where the service and food were both outstanding. The property has an amazing heated salt water pool that we used daily. The property is pretty quiet, although you can still hear some traffic from the busy road nearby. The lake has boats and there are bikes to use, but the weather was too cold to enjoy them - maybe next time! We did have one small issue with the hot water in one shower, but I was impressed with the quick response and same day fix. The location is also very convenient, close to everything you need and less than 5 miles to Old Scottsdale. Overall we felt very comfortable, welcome and well attended to and would stay again.
