Casa Feliz is clean, comfy and well-appointed. Location is great for walks a canal trail and a quick drive to old town Scottsdale. We will be back!

Our stay here was great! The proximity to old town is fantastic. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful, and the pool area was great to lounge by each day.The condo itself was very clean, well decorated and I loved the arcade.

Girls Weekend
Overall the condo was the perfect size for me and my three girlfriends. We loved the location, usually a $7-10 Uber ride to Old Town. We still ended up renting a car, so we appreciated the covered parking spot. Quiet community but great neighbours. The pool was lovely, gets shade after 4pm which was nice. Condo was clean and bed comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It's location was amazing. The neighbors we met at the common area/pool are all very friendly. We had a fun time with our grown kids - one of whom slept on the bottom bunk. :)

This "home away from home" was just perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. Our family of four (2 adults, 17yo, 20yo) had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The beds were comfortable, the home was immaculate, the neighbors were all so kind, and the location was great! All of the "extras" were so appreciated!

This place was very nice and had everything we needed and more. I was overly impressed with the hosts however. They responded to a few small requests I had basically in real time as if they were standing by and eager to help. It was very refreshing. I highly recommend any of their properties!

Clean, quiet sanctuary near all the action of Scottsdale
The condo was perfectly situated for our visit of Old Town Scottsdale. The accommodations were as photographed, clean and organized. The basics for a stay were provided with plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig dual drip or pod machine, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable and showers were nice. There was very little outside noise.The owner was super responsive to our questions and the neighbors were all very nice. All together, a top notch experience.

Cute, Spacious, Clean!
Our group had an excellent time staying at this condo in Old Town - it was very well decorated and kept. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed (loved the coffee and Keurig, and the welcome basket.) The location was excellent as well, we were in town for a wedding and all of our drives to our different locations were very short (and Ubers had no issues getting to the location as well.) I would definitely recommend this condo.

Comfortable
I was on a business trip and brought my girlfriend along. We both felt comfortable inside this place. When I went to work, my girlfriend still had a great time by the pool and inside watching anything she wants with the provided tvs. It was clean and gave awesome vibes. I recommend staying here and would love to stay again the next time I’m in Scottsdale. Owner was amazing as well as all other staff!!

My colleagues and I opted for this 3 bedroom apartment versus staying in a hotel. All 3 of us were able to pay less per night than 1 bedroom in a near by hotel. Also including a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was worth it. It was also very clean/tidy and had nice decor.

Awesome location!
I enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and well maintained! I enjoyed having the supermarket nearby as well as the restaurants. The owners and Evolve team checked on us and had a bottle of wine with some snacks for my graduation ceremony! They made our stay special! Thank you 🙏 for a wonderful stay and awesome memories with my family! Just don’t clean the stove top before heading to the airport ha!ha! Didn’t know the chemicals still show up on your hands after thorough hand washing! Note to self! Security TSA are serious about checking for hazardous chemicals! Good to know…. 😩👍 Wished we could have stayed longer but work is always calling! Nurses do not get breaks lol!

Property very nice & very clean. One problem the Keurig did not work properly. Other problem, we had a very early flight. Normally you just need to load dishwasher and put on wash. We were asked to wash & dry & put away dishes, that did not happen since we had to leave a 6AM. Also trash bins were not real close & had to look around for it. One more thing, only one towel for pool and not enough bath towels. other than that, very nice condo. S. LoRusso

Loved this condo--decor looks exactly like photos Clean space and nice neighborhood Pool area is great--umbrellas are wonderful Had some trouble finding the correct building when we arrived because there are three identical ones so adding that to directions would be helpful if it's not there already The hosts were very quick with responding to any issue that came up The on-site managers did give us two reminders about umbrellas usage within a 2 hour span--that seemed a bit much, especially because their concerns were very particular. Easing up on that would also be helpful in the future
