Unwind in this luxurious and spacious 3BR/2BA home located in highly desirable North Scottsdale, where the city meets the Sonoran Desert.

The completely renovated home interior is thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxation. The large, open concept great room includes a pool table, 70 inch smart TV, gas fireplace, dining area and contemporary kitchen with all new appliances.

Backyard oasis includes HEATED pool, hot tub, gas fireplace and BBQ. We do not charge for heating the pool but we keep the temperature locked at 86 degrees during the cooler months.

Many guests choose North Scottsdale to experience everything the Sonoran Desert offers. We are located near several exclusive golf courses, including the Troon North Golf Club which offers an unmatched desert golf experience. Our neighborhood is also surrounded by miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, including Pinnacle Peak, Brown's Ranch and McDowell Mountain Regional Park. We're at the edge of the desert and it's common to see bobcats, roadrunners, coyotes, javelinas and other desert dwellers.

Awesome spot for family vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and the grounds are beautiful! The pool was a little unusual as it is deeper in the center and shallower on the ends, we really liked this feature. Pool and hot tub (and heat!) were amazing. Grill works and is right in the mix with things. We slept well here, beds not soft or hard. We would stay here again, preferably not in summer to take advance of nearby hiking. Owners very responsive.

We were a family of 6 and stayed at this property for 1 week in May. The home is beautiful, immaculate, and a quiet neighborhood. So many amentities that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing you can imagine was provided (tide laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, pool floats). The kitchen is well equipped with spices, olive oil, Keurig machine with coffee pods, etc. There is even a small liquor supply. The pool and spa are great and well maintained. The host, Neil, is very responsive and so gracious...definitely a "super host". Would highly recommend this property. Every thing was just perfect!

Very nice house, big open common space, big master bedroom, spa and pool are great. Some of the area's most popular hiking trails are minutes away. The owner was exceptionally communicative and helpful in identifying those, suggesting restaurants and helping with any other questions we had. Very good experience.

Beautiful property
The house was beautiful. Newly updated. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Basics such as keurig coffee pods, creamer, paper towel, tin foil, washing detergent, dishwasher detergent, slices, etc were supplied. Pretty neighborhood. Hot tub and pool were delightful. The hosts are excellent. Always got back with me very quickly to answer my questions before our stay. We had problems with how to heat the pool vs spa and the hosts responded to me very quickly during our stay. In fact one of them came to the house to make sure everything worked. The prosperity is about 25 minutes from old town Scottsdale. We would definitely recommend it.
