Very convenient location. About 20 minutes to Phoenix international airport and to State farm stadium. Brand new hotel still has that new carpet smell. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

A little over priced for 2 adults and 3 kids under 5years old, especially for a one night. It was super comfy and quiet. I would recommend it, i was lucky to have a decent room and staff was helpful and respectful.

As of writing this review in January 2025 the property is only 5 months old. Everything is new and clean. The whole building smells like new carpet. Only draw back was that housekeeping is only offered every other day. We spent 2 nights and had to ask for new towels. The bed was not made nor was our trash taken out.

The check in and check out assistant manager (I know I am going to butcher the name: Oldymier) was sooo nice and helpful. The lady that came to wake us up at 1130 was extremely rude, exodus states that check out is at noon. This lady knocked aggressively on our door, and told us to leave. Just like that….
