I loved the property and staff itself but just a side note for anyone traveling, don’t use a third party for reservations. I am not fighting two charges on my card because Expedia charged me and so did the Residence Inn EVEN THOUGH they were able to pull up my reservation and see that I had paid. That’s almost $530 for a room for two nights (which should only be $245 along with my almost $400 flight. Just be aware…

The hotel was clean and nice. Unfortunately our room was on the bottom floor with windows facing the highway and on ramp. It was very noisy. The room itself was great. Was just disappointed with the location of it and road noise.

I had booked the 2 bedroom suite with Expedia. On check in day, I arrived 2 hours earlier, and I was told that room was not ready. So, I went to explore the city, and I come back around 11 PM. At that time, I was told that they cancelled my reservation because they did not have my information. However, they told that the room that I booked was not available due to a problem with the carpet. Fortunately, they had available rooms. I was offered 2 single bedrooms instead of 1 suit with 2 bedrooms. The hotel was clean, the room was big

We stayed in a double room suite. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils. The space over all was clean and comfortable. The hallway can be a bit noisy with people slamming their doors. Fortunately we were at the end of that hall so it wasn't too bad.
