Property is little old. But for anyone visiting Mayo clinic, this is the easiest and closest. Only 2 min walk. Rooms are good. Equipped with all basic amenities like plates, spoons, coffee.. Very good breakfast

Meat choices at breakfast could be improved for better healthy choices. It's good that eggs are fresh and not powdered. Fresh yogurt very good. Suites very comfortable and convenient. It will be great when the new restaurant opens.

The staff were very accommodating. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Had to charge numerous rooms in order to get one that was less noisey. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the best pick for you.

Breakfast items limited, coffee, after drinking, had sludge in bottom of cup. Watched attendant take a tray to trash, take the napkins off the tray and place them on top of the new,unused napkin dispenser. Makes you wonder what else is reused. Why a parking charge? You pay $14 a nite on top off the room charges?

A tired property. Being renovated, I guess, but slowly. That wasn’t mentioned in the description. Parking fee not mentioned either. Staff was very nice, though sometimes hard to locate. Short handed, in other words. If not for the convenience to Mayo, I would not have kept the reservation.
