This property was a perfect rendezvous spot for a shopping trip with a friend. The location is close to shopping and very nice restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only thing we did not have and would have used is a coffee grinder. Will likely stay here again on my next shopping adventure.

I recently stayed at Ryan’s property in Arizona, and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect and easy access to nearby shopping and attractions. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We had an amazing time staying at this location. The Scottsdale area is beautiful and central to many of the attractions we visited. The host was very responsive and did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Pheonix in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it walkable to the Fashion Mall and if you enjoy a stroll, walkable to Old Town. Pool being steps away was great to cool off and the unit was well kept and clean.

Great Stay
This is an excellent property. Very clean. Beds are huge and comfortable. Sitting area is comfortable. The kitchen and dining area had everything we needed. In fact probably the best part of this property is that Ryan seems to have thought of all of the little things that help make a stay successful. Finally the complex was very quiet and yet the location is easily walkable to old town.

Celebrating Mom’s Birthday
One of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in. You can truly tell that the owners of this condo really care about their home and their guests. There is wonderful attention to details when it comes to decor, cleanliness, and items available for guests to use while at the condo. Location is wonderful. Close to restaurants, shops, hiking, and the airport. Heated pool Is a bonus, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us but it’s a nice option. Communication with the owner was wonderful! Really feel a personal touch when you stay in this place and communicate with the owner. I would highly recommend, and will definitely consider this property when I return to Scottsdale in the future.
