Excellent vacation in Phoenix!
Amazing location at the base of South Mountain park. Our kids (ages 6 and 9) had a fantastic time in the pool, perfect temperature for the little ones!

Home away from home!
We spent six wonderful days at this Phoenix Refuge! The house was wonderfully comfortable and had all the amenities of home. My Granddaughter called it our Arizona home! We enjoyed sitting beside the pool watching the birds; our favorite were the Gambel’s quail. This house was in close proximity to everything we needed. The owners were very gracious and provided recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Perfect Location for a Phoenix Stay!
Stayed with family during our spring break and we enjoyed every minute of it. The photos are accurate, the house was immaculately clean. The house is located adjacent to the South Mountain Preserve with easy access to hiking trails. Pool was wonderful and we used it every day. The house is also conveniently located with easy access to airport, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. I would highly recommend this property for others traveling to the Phoenix area.

Beautiful Mountain View
Our small family had a wonderful time at Leann's house. She was responsive with suggestions for the area, the pool was beautiful, clean and the perfect temperature, the house was clean and comfortable with no unusual fragrances or odors, the kitchen was great for cooking and South Mountain Park was so much fun! When we weren't hiking or out in Phoenix we could watch people mountain biking down the mountain right from the back yard. We also saw a small pack of coyotes which was fun. It was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay Close to Hiking
We had a wonderful stay here. We were looking for a place close to hiking and this was perfect. Two doors down was an entrance to the South Mountain preserve. We hiked multiple times a day. A few days before our stay, the owner called us and provided some wonderful tips on where to go and what to see. Greatly appreciated! The home is very well stocked with anything and everything that one might need while traveling. The pool was wonderful and relaxing after a day of hiking. Overall wonderful place to stay while visiting Arizona!

Family was in town for a baseball tournament and this worked out so much better than the assigned team hotels. Fantastic and clean home. Accessible to everything including some amazing hiking trails. Manager/owner is incredibly responsive. The home has virtually anything you might need. Great stay.

Great views peaceful stay
The property was as described. Very clean and even though inside the city vet met quiet. The house was well stocked. The backyard view was beautiful and you could hike without having to drive anywhere. Nearby restaurants, coffee and grocery. Our host was very helpful. Easy access to I10. It was a great stay. Highly recommend.

The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was super close to the trails that we explored everyday that we were there. You will not run out of trails to walk in if you are a hiker. Leann is super friendly and super helpful if you need anything from her. If you are looking for a place in Phoenix then I highly recommend looking her up. Super close to all the things you need. We were happy with our stay.

It was PERFECT!
Took our youngest on a college grad trip with his girlfriend and this was the perfect place. Walk out the door and a house down to get on trails, loved going out every morning. Great places to eat close by and a Publix less than a mile away. Pool was perfect, beds were comfy, and stocked with everything you could think of! Loved it and we will definitely be coming back! Oh, and our host was so sweet, called us the week before, offered suggestions of things to do and available for anything we needed! Happily and easily give this place 5 stars!

Excellent place to stay!
We loved our stay! The pool was heated and the children swam for close to four hours a day! The house is stocked with fun pool toys and other games. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fun to have the back drop be an amazing mountain that we looked out anytime we ate outside! We hiked every morning as we were right at the trail head. Leann was wonderful!!! She was kind enough to accommodate us with a last minute request. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and relaxing stay
We are very happy that we came across this property and decided to rent it: it is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. As all other reviewers mentioned, you pretty much can find anything you may possibly need in the house. The owners thought even of backpacks for hiking! The views from the back yard are amazing! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The house is located close to stores, restaurants and highways which is very convenient. LeAnn contacted us periodically throughout our stay to ensure that everything is fine. Our week in Arizona went by very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great location
It all starts with the fact that the owners clearly take pride in the house. For us, the location was great. The house is about 15 minutes from the airport, and it was really nice being able to walk and access the trails behind the neighborhood. There was plenty to do within a 30 minute drive, and many restaurants/grocery stores/etc nearby. This is in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the heated pool (although we didn't use it as much as we had hoped due to chilly and windy weather). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was nice being able to spread out into the three bedrooms (2 adults and 2 teens). I would 100% stay here again if we return to Phoenix. The owner is super nice and helpful, and we appreciated everything done to ensure we had a great stay.

Phenomenal Experience
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a phenomenal experience! The property was very clean when we arrived. Not only that, but prior to my arrival, the owner of the property reached out to me directly to introduce themself and also provide me with very pertinent information about the property as well as making sure that we had everything we needed as well as making themselves available for anything we needed during our stay. In addition to that, the place was completely stocked with everything needed from kitchen items (including seasonings for cooking, etc.), towels, a plethora of pool accessories, various items for toddlers and small children including a stroller and toys, and there were also board games for the adults. They even had wine that was available! The pool was clean and the my family certainly took advantage of the pool! The property provided convenient access to the mountain trails that were directly behind the property which made for a beautiful view. I took advantage of the trails and climbed the mountain all the way to the top! Such a wonderful view of the city when you reach the top. I absolutely had NO complaints about the stay or the property itself. The neighborhood was very quiet and serene. I would certainly highly recommend this property to anyone and would certainly stay there again myself without any hesitation whatsoever!
