Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame.

over all was not bad but the room was really outdated spiderwebs on walls behind counters and very dirty under bed other then that I loved that they have microwaves and coffee pot in room it was really Quiet too.
This was all but the Bates Motel. We got to check in at 4:00. They didn’t have our room ready. I waited 2 hours for my room to be ready. Michelle the receptionist was extremely rude. When we walked in our room I could tell it was not cleaned properly. It smelt like a dirty diaper. The dresser was broke. The counter at the vanity wasn’t even wiped down. We were just so tired and so hungry we decided to eat. After dinner my son opened the bathroom and a cockroach ran out. I stomped it and went down to the front desk. When I was in the lobby another woman was down there complaining that her “freshly” cleaned room had blood on the comforter. I told Michelle about the cockroach and she rudely responded that I would have to speak with her manager in the morning. My kids were asleep so I decided to stay the night and leave in the morning. We we’re supposed to stay 4 nights. I contacted Expedia and they tried to call the hotel on my behalf. The lobby refused to answer. I told myself I could tough this out for a night. I got up to go to the bathroom at 3:30am and there were 5-7 more cockroaches. I was packed by 6 am. I had to wait until 9:30am to speak with the manager. Michelle (rude receptionist from the night before) said I never complained about cockroaches last night. I told the manager and Michelle I was happy to bring the smashed up cockroaches down here for them to look at. The manager said I could

We showed up at the hotel and checked in around 10:00. We got in the elevator to go to our room and the elevator stopped working. I was stuck in it for 5 minutes with my kids. My husband went to the lobby and it was all locked up and we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Luckily the elevator started working after 5 minutes. We went in to our room, there was blood on the sheet, a bug on the floor, and the fire alarm went off 3 different times. We stayed the night and checked out the next morning. We had already paid for the next night and asked for a refund. They told us Orbitz had to authorize the refund. I called Orbitz and they told us the general manager of the hotel had to authorize it. I have called the hotel multiple times in the last few days and haven't been able to speak to the manager. I'm not sure who to contact at this point because I keep getting the run around from both. This has been my worst hotel experience.
Stayed for 3 nights with kids, never had hot water, never had our waste baskets cleaned, received no service, the room was not clean. Will not stay here ever again.
Fire alarm went off both days that we stayed. Breakfast was terrible.. nothing like what’s on the pictures. The walls in bathroom are damp and peeling off. I stayed at this brand hotel before, never this bad.
I called to let the staff know that I would be arriving late and I was told that my room would be secure and to travel safely. When I got there another staff member told me my room was given away and I had to pay extra and book another room until the next day, then I would be able to have the room I booked previously. I chose this option only because I had my children with me. The room was disgusting! Stains were on EVERYTHING! The floor, chair, and the beds! Luckily my kids had throw blankets from home for them to lay on. I didn’t even sleep I was so grossed out. The people who work there should be ASHAMED of themselves. I would b to uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Every day of the stay we had to get the key redone because it would expire itself so that was a pain. The bedding had rips and tears and the pillows were very very small-I’ve never seen hotel pillows like that. It looked like someone had kicked in the bathroom door at some point. The latch on the door was non existent.
Hotel was very dirty. Rooms in need of a major renovation. Carpets stained, dripping shower, stained sheets, and bugs in the ceiling light glass cover. AC worked well and the mattress was comfy but sheets may have been washed (i hope) but had stains. key cards didn’t work the second day so had to walk to the front desk to get reset. You get what you pay for. But pics are definitely cat fishing you.
I was checked into a room that had blood and semen on the sheets. 1 out of 4 bathroom lights worked. It smelled and the furniture was heavily damaged. I asked for a new room. The new room was a cloud of smoke- even though the hotel is smoke free. I could barely breathe. The cleanliness was not much better in this new room. I did not feel safe either. Lots of yelling from other guests. I ended up leaving. The front desk apologized and refunded me my stay which I appreciated but I would never ever ever stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.
Do I start with the cat urine smell in room, the absolute dirtiest carpet, the trash still in room, or maybe the death trap elevator...I work in the hotel business and have never left a bad review until now. This place is nasty..enough said
