I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The photos do not do it justice, the location is great and the communication with Ted was top notch. We will be back.

Everything about the house was great. Well stocked, clean, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Ted was great, accomadated us on early check in and late check out with no problems. Communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again.

2nd time at this home
Stayed at this home celebrating my son’s graduation a year ago and decided to go back to celebrate my AF retirement. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The pool area was a blast and Ted is such an accommodating host. You will not be disappointed.

Family Thanksgiving
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of room for cooking and eating Thanksgiving dinner. The Arizona weather was amazing, so most of our time was spent outside while enjoying the pool, ping pong, bags game, TV and space to visit. Ted was very prompt in answering any questions during the whole process. Thank you!

Home Base for a Destination Wedding
The home and outdoor pool area were perfect for our family group of 11. The home is very well equipped with everything you could need. There are three large areas with couches, large screen TVs, and tables so that our group could spread out and watch NCAA basketball tournament games when we weren’t using the three ironing boards and getting ready for all the wedding events. Our host, Ted is extremely responsive. In fact, we have rented from VRBO for 10+ years and he is easily the most responsive.

Baseball tournament
We had a baseball tournament in Goodyear so shared the house with a few of the other players and their families on the team. Lots for the boys to do when they had downtime after the games. Large kitchen and dining room and 3 living rooms so lots of space to spread out and relax. We really liked that there were 3 rooms with 2 queen beds too. Ted was really responsive and on top of things. He noticed that the temperature in the house was higher than usual the first day and sent a repair person to check it out and he sent us a reminder about trash day too. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the location.

Great gathering for a large family. The owner was extremely helpful regarding ALL our needs. Especially in putting up ramps for our wheelchair niece. This was greatly appreciated! The window dressings needed some fixings but overall the house met all our needs.

Wonderful Thanksgiving retreat for the entire family
I can only echo all the other positive reviews as the house is luxurious, in a lovely, quiet (gated) neighborhood, is well equipped, exactly as advertised and it easily accommodated our large family gathering of 10 adults and one baby. Ted was one of the best hosts I have ever experienced at a vacation rental, he was very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or address any issues. For example, he provided a list of the kitchen inventory ahead of our rental so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving dinner, then he ordered extra warming trays before our arrival to help with keeping the food warm for such a large group and he was immediately on top of things when the fridge started to fail shortly after our arrival; the repair was completed very quickly. We also benefitted from a stroller, playpen and highchair that are available at the house. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and the extensive, well-manicured yard and firepit during the amazing fall weather. We can highly recommend this property. Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There were enough restaurants, stores, and tennis nearby for a group of 10 for 4 days. It was fun hanging out at the house at night also.

Perfect for our Tennis team
The house was very spacious with plenty of seating. We were a team of 10 and we were very comfortable, everyone had a bed and the home was very quiet in a gated family neighborhood. It was a 20 minute ride to Surprise Tennis Center. The homeowner was very responsive from check in to check out. Hope to stay again next year!

The best.
Traveled to Arizona from Philly for the Cardinals/Eagles game with family and friends. (Boo eagles!) Knew we needed a place that would accommodate a rowdy bunch. Ted's property more than fit the bill, giving 12 of us plenty of room and living space to operate. The place was everything advertised and more. Well kept, spacious and modern and in a neighborhood you could see yourself living in. Situated right near EVERYTHING, all of our destinations were just an Uber ride away. After just a few days it felt like home. I really didn't want to leave the place, I was so smitten. Ted was amazing. Communicative despite problems with the Vrbo app and made sure everything was to our liking. I can't see myself using another property the next time I come to AZ. Do yourself a favor and book with him if you need a desert oasis.
