Our single story home has so much to offer with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, pool table and a fabulous backyard with private heated pool. (There is a $50.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month), hot tub, outdoor wood burning pizza oven and much more (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature for the pool or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). Great location just minutes to Mayo Clinic, Paradise Valley Mall, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Kierland Commons for Shopping and Dining. Close to enjoy Golf, Hiking, the Arabian Horse Show, Spring Training Baseball Games, and the Barrett Jackson Car Auction, as well as Old Town Scottsdale shopping, dining, and nightlife. It's the #1 vacation home in Scottsdale with so much entertaining and fun!

*Traveling with a dog? No problem just wrangle up your pups and bring them along to enjoy the fenced in backyard where they can run around and lounge by the pool. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.

We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the beautiful, equipped kitchen that features refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen utensils and traditional and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a 55" smart TV and 6 barstools around the kitchen island plus seating for 6 at the dining table situated just off the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the living room which features a sectional sofa, 2 chairs, decorative fireplace, and a 42” Smart TV to catch up on all your favorite shows or you can play a game or two of pool while overlooking the private pool!

The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed, 39” Smart TV w/ Youtube TV Live, dresser, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks and direct access to pool & hot tub. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed with a 39” Smart TV w/ Youtube TV Live. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds, small dresser, and a 39” Smart TV w/ Youtube TV Live. The guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. You won’t have to take any dirty laundry home because there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay plus working area with 2 computers in the garage.

The backyard is perfect for entertaining featuring a large covered patio with outdoor dining and 42" ROKU TV, bocce ball court, corn hole, a turf area with netting for practicing your golf game, lounge chairs by the pool, built in BBQ grill, gas fireplace, gas burning fire pit and to top it off there is a wood burning pizza oven for everyone to enjoy!

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Amazing
This was so much better for my family than a hotel. We swam, played a lot of pool, played for hole, tried practicing golf (not so great at that), and watched movies. The only complaint we had was the hot water ran out too fast, 2 people couldn’t even get showers taken back to back and the water didn’t get very hot. Other than that it was amazing. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Traveled to spend time with family in AZ. This house had everything we needed for our stay and dinners with local family. Everything was labeled which I appreciate as it makes finding things easy. Amazing amount of options packed in this property. Pool and hot tub were our favorites, tho indoor pool table was fun also. Nice functional kitchen and a tv in almost every room- including outside. We didn't watch a lot of tv, but if that's your thing, there is one in every room. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We made pizzas in the pizza oven and they were yummy. Full of Fun but Could Use a Little Love
We stayed with our two children and booked this location for the loads of fun the house looked to have on the advertisement. Booking and check in was very easy with thorough instructions. Overall we had a great time and the host was extremely responsive. The upsides- great communication, convenient locataion, the pool was fun, the pizza oven is so much fun to cook in and use, the firepits if needed are nice and warm, the hot tub was great though there was so much chlorine the water was white, plenty of space indoors and we all loved playing pool together in the evening. A few downsides- Upon arriving we realized the photos on the website were much more modern and newer looking than the house itself. The outdoor furniture was old and worn, the bocce set was missing pieces and the court has aged and is now set at an angle which made all of the balls roll straight to the right corner, the pool was great, but filled with flower petals and debris, and the patio itself was covered with quite a bit of debris which meant we spent an hour or so the first morning cleaning up so we could enjoy the space. There were no pool floats that were usable. All either had holes or were worn and tattered so we had to purchase new ones which was unexpected and meant having to pack another bag home. There were very few shower towels- 3 total. The master bed is also so loud that anytime one of us moved it made a loud creaking noise.

Fantastic pool
We had a fantastic time. Used the pool daily and the propane fire pit in the mornings with our coffee. The pool was perfectly heated! Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequately supplied. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe to walk in. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard which was very private. Would stay here again.

Fun stay - some improvements needed to match costs
Nice house, enjoyable stay - just 3 of us so plenty of room. Some more items should be included just to be helpful - there were zero K cups for coffee, 1 pod for dishwasher - things like that would really be nice and I think should be expected for the cost of the stay. The pool was nice but the lounge chairs were cheap plastic and not comfortable at all (not the same ones in the photos) - just things like that would be nice and again should be included. Especially since probably most people go there for the warmer weather (like us) and to sit by the pool and relax. We did have a great time though - just wanted to share my notes.

Our family decided to take a quick vacation and we wanted sun, a pool and some activities for teenagers. The house was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the pool and playing pool. The kids had their own rooms with a TV, which was great when they wanted to chill.

Loved The Pool!
The house is beautiful and very minimalistic. We visited with 5 adults, one child (3.5 years old) and an infant (20 months old). The floors and outdoor patio get very slippery when wet, which is disclosed in the listing, but something to keep in mind if you have littles joining you. There are also a few steps and ledges in the common areas, which may not be safe for infants that are newly mobile (crawling or walking). There are a few things that need repairs in the home. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was coming out of the wall. Same with the towel hook by the master bathroom. The master closet doors were very flimsy, so something we had to keep an eye out for with the little ones around. The overall consensus in the group was that the mattresses were not the most comfortable. They were very soft (pillow top mattress pad) and everyone was rolling to the centers of the bed. No issues with the twins. We rented this particular home because of the unique amenities for a group vacation. We are a grilling and outdoor family. The grill had not been cleaned. There was a huge pile of "grunge" under the grill that caused large and potentially dangerous flames. Completely burned our steaks and singed hairs off my father's arms when he tried to save our food. Both my father and husband spent the following day totally cleaning the grill and making it useable again. The grilling tools were also dirty, which we had to wash and clean prior to use. We loved the pool! We spent every day in the pool and it was hands-down the kids' favorite part of the trip. I thought we would use more of the outdoor activities, but traveling in July comes with intense summer heat so we opted to swim or hang out indoors. In all seasons except summer, the activities would be so amazing to take advantage of. Smores and snuggling by the outdoor fires, practicing your golf swing, enjoying the hot tub, and playing a few rounds of corn hole. We also LOVED the wood-fire pizza oven. Takes a little bit of research and planning to use it, but we had the most delicious pizzas during our last night's stay. The house is close to lots of amenities and activities. Costco and Target are within a 5-minute drive. There are lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We visited the Children's Museum of Phoenix, OdySea Aquarium, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs, Butterfly Wonderland, and Legoland Discovery Center. All of them were within a 15-30 minute drive from the house.
