Perfect house for our weekend stay. Clean. We enjoyed the private patio. Communication with David was great. Beautiful hiking trails right outside the door. Definitely a great value.

Excellent Stay
The property is in a quiet suburb in Tempe. Parking was great. I had a problem getting my account to work and the Property Manager was quite accommodating. We had an excellent stay. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were great for entertaining and family bonding. Full of laughter. We would definitely use this place for a stay again!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Owner was prompt with communication and responded quickly to the small issues that arose. Home was very clean and quiet, considering its location at a busy intersection. Neighborhood was safe and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was just like the pictures. The host helped us make adjustments prior to the stay. They were prompt on giving us the entry info before we arrived to the residence. The home was clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would stay again if we are in the area.

Outstanding property and location
We did a family 12 day trip with our two children / spouses and our 6 month grandchild. You can walk or ride to the canal and a short drive to many of great hiking areas. The patio was nice to BBQ or sit to relax in am or evening. Plenty of space for our family to be together. The only thing would do different is to stay a few days longer.

Wonderful House in Great Location
We had an amazing time at this house for New Years weekend. The beds were very comfortable, lots of room for our group, there are 4 nice bedroom and 2 very nice bathrooms. The home is tastefully updated and decorated. There is a great outdoor patio space with tables, fire out, gas grill, string lights. We had a wonderful relaxing time. Would love to stay again!

We enjoyed the layout, location and ease of this VRBO. We walked in the park each morning, right across the street, and had easy access to everything we needed in Tempe for the Iron Man race. The beds and pillows were comfy, the kitchen was well-supplied for our needs, the owner was responsive when we had a minor wi-fi glitch. We had six people in the house, plenty of space to gather cook, eat and talk.

Perfect spot by everything!
We had a group trip to Tempe/Scottsdale and couldn’t be happier with this place. 4 bedrooms meant everyone had their own bed. Plenty of room to stretch out in the living room or play Cornhole on the patio. You can get to downtown Tempe, Old Town or the airport in a short drive. Owner is very nice and super responsive too!

Newly renovated spacious condo. Beds were super comfortable. Conveniently located between Tempe and Scottsdale. Easy communication with the owner. The condo is about a 1/4 mile from Papago Park, so you have many miles of running/walking/biking/hiking trails within a 2 minute walk. Lots of good restaurants and breweries within a 5 minute drive.

My daughter got married yesterday at the Phoenix zooand she and her bridesmaids stayed here. They had a beautiful place to get ready together. Very clean. Nice courtyard area. Close to the zoo. Owner very responsive (there were no issues i just wanted in a little earlier to stock with food and liquid refreshments before their arrival) highly recommend.

What an exceptional property and great interaction with host. This was a 4 night stay. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate. The place will not disappoint. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and safe for two women or single person on travel. Garage was a plus. Plenty of room, wonderful beds, beautiful kitchen, adorable patio. Easy access to downtown Phoenix (Convention Center), Phoenix Zoo, airport, State Farm Stadium and the Phoenician Spa. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything David!

Perfection and Convenience
Our family needed a place close to Tempe campus at ASU for graduation. The property was perfect. Four bedrooms and nice living space and outdoor space. Kitchen was great and well-equipped. Our host was fabulous. Air conditioner was fantastic. This property is so convenient to everything and we felt super safe. Perfect for our family dinners in the evening and convenient to attend events and see campus. Very close to airport as well but ample parking. Would recommend and will bookmark to stay again. Thank you! It made graduation week a breeze.

Terrific Family Meet-Up!!
This four bedroom two bath home was perfect for meeting extended family for Thanksgiving. We made a full turkey dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen and spent each night in the back courtyard area reminiscing around the fire pit. Our host was super responsive and made everything so easy! Loved, loved, loved our stay!
