Check in was very confusing way too many emails and not enough direction, property claimed breakfast was available luke warm coffee and a package waffle that was supposed to be frozen then cooked is not a breakfast. Rooms were not bad but they do not send emails regarding parking and other amenities until after check in too late by then to change your mind.

Quaint motel that is gated entry with modern retro vibe. Very clean and quiet, we really enjoyed the area and stay. Convenient to get to all areas of Scottsdale/Tempe etc. feast response from staff, easy parking even though you pay no worry about finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Papago was inconvenient to say the least. The pros were comfortable bed, good price, and close to downtown. The cons were that there is a 10 dollar fee per bath towel. There are beach towels in the room so it wasn’t even necessary and charging for towels is outrageous. The check in is crazy and they can’t guarantee you a parking spot which is 10 dollars per day as well. We spent more on Ubers getting to our car then it would have cost to just book a more expensive place. The giant booger on the wall was also pretty nasty.

Staff is awful. Parking is awful. Not clear instructions on anything and then the owner will lie to you about how to pay for parking and then threaten to tow your vehicle if you park on their lot. Was never given a way to pay for parking and was told that all the spots were paid for and was told I could go find parking elsewhere. There was about 25 open spots that never filled up. The owner then starting texting my personal number, harassing and lying about how I cussed her out which never happens. I would highly suggest staying far away from this place.

Strange first time at a place like this, no real directions, that could use some clarification. It seems like they like to nickel and dime you with $10/day parking and $10 towels. No staff on site to ask questions, all contactless and data driven. Loud neighbors, you can hear through walls pretty easily. Free breakfast at odd hours 8:30-10:30?? and the one day we stayed long enough in the morning to try it, it was never there in the lobby. Now that I know I may use them again this time knowing what I’m getting, but I’ve seen better service at a motel 6. Personal opinion

There is no reception personnel. The hotel forces customer to upload the sensitive security information online. Also, the hotel charged me $10 parking fee which is not posted on their website. The breakfast provided by the hotel is only one pice of wafer and coffee.
