Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully maintained property located close to downtown Phoenix. Despite the location, neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The weather was cool enough during our stay that having a heated pool was a must. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family
We came to Arizona for our daughter’s graduation from GCU. Perfect home for a bbq and family board games. Loved the large couches in both living rooms. Perfect for movie nights too!

We were in town to visit our daughter who attends ASU on the downtown Phoenix campus. Home was a convenient location to downtown and other nearby amenities. Backyard is a lovely oasis. Smart devices throughout the home. Well appointed throughout, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Super cute updated house in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in. Plenty of room for 5 of us. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into this house. We would definitely rent again!

I stayed here too attend my doctoral commencement at GCU. The location was ideal and the home is beautiful with a all of the great amenities you need! The home owners are very responsive and helpful! I conveyed some observations about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and they replied right away and noted that the issue would be addressed. I would definitely stay again!

Simply lovely property. Stayed four days with four adults. Plenty of room. Very clean, super cute, organized, well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great backyard with pool and firepit. House was always cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fast internet. Groceries and restaurants a few blocks away. Sean and Jessica a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay at this lovely home again.

Fabulous Retreat
My husband and I and another couple were in Phoenix for a conference. We could not have picked a better place to stay! This home was beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside was as beautiful and comfortable as the inside! Sean and Jessica were amazing hosts!!! Thanks for your hospitality!!! We will be back next year and hopefully stay longer.

Perfect Little Historic Home
I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed a place to stay near downtown. This home was a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Convention center, museums, and Chase Field. Check in was so easy, the house was immaculate, and there was even coffee provided. The mattresses are very firm and I was nervous that it would be uncomfortable, but I slept great while I was there. I will definitely stay here again. Cute, quiet, historic neighborhood! The owners were wonderful to work with and I appreciated the communication. Thanks for having me!

I travel quite a bit for business/pleasure and stay in rental properties every time. This home, the neighborhood and especially the hosts were over the top fabulous! Sean was so responsive and helpful in answering questions and accommodating our needs. There are so many thoughtful amenities in the home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!! We will definitely be back next year!

Tranquil Paradise in Heartbeat of Phoenix
We had a glorious time with our family, in this very comfortable and stylish home. Jessica & Sean have made provision for a well appointed kitchen and an enjoyable time by the pool. The birds, greenery and tropical feel of the backyard is an oasis. So gorgeous, we didn’t want to leave; not even to visit Phoenix! But we did make our way around the city and beyond, and this home is convenient to the “major arteries” of Phoenix highways. We spent some memorable time on the back patio, and we slept like babies on their comfortable bedding. We are so grateful for our stay in this lovely abode.

Great house, and stay, would stay again
House has almost everything you need. Good location for spring training games and chase field, close to Hwy10 in phoenix. Beds were a little firm for me but we enjoyed the rooms and our kids did as well. Not sure I would pay for heated pool again since don't have control over how warm it is for the cost you pay. Also, no local TV channels just streaming apps. Not that big of a deal, just couldn't watch CBS NCAA games, but could watch the TBS/TNT games. All in all, this house is wonderful and Host was pretty responsive. Love the charm of the house too. Would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood and walking the sidewalks was nice too.
