This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) and patio area. The home is 2700 square feet with vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.
**STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS BEDROOMS**

Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom (main floor plus 2 steps up)
Dedicated office space in Master bedroom
One private bedroom with queen size bed (main floor plus 2 steps up)

COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, family room, billiards room and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles, 2 garaged. No overnight street parking allowed.

POOL:
Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 24-36 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather) and because of the heat pump system the pool heater will not operate below outside temperatures of 50 deg. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($50/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER NOTES:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard

- Operating a nude or topless dancing;
- Obscenity;
- Adult-oriented business; or
- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39
Disclaimers
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $450, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Ocotillo area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.
Other Things to Note:
Parking and Entry – Guests have off street parking available at the home either by parking in the garage or driveway.
Before your arrival you should have received an email with your personal access code to the home. This is sent directly by the lock from Lockstate (please check all spam/junk email folders if you can`t find it). Enter your unique code and then press the Lockstate button to unlock the door. When leaving simply press the Lockstate button to lock the door behind you. Please verify door is locked before leaving. Note: your unique code will become inoperable after your day of departure.
HDTV and Wireless High Speed Internet provided (information is documented in the home).
NO GATHERINGS or PARTIES are allowed at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise. Please limit the noise when you are outside, and observe quiet hours from 9pm-9am.
NO WALKING ON THE GOLF COURSE. It`s against the community rules, and it`s also dangerous!
